Winter Smoothie Recipe for Energy inCold Days

This winter smoothie tastes great and is loaded with healthy nutrients as well. It is just what we need on a cold winter day.

The content of winter smoothie varies depending on the types of seasonal vegetables in your refrigerator. By blending other than juicingĀ  the vegetables, you keep the fibersĀ  in your smoothie. It is an advantage, because fibers are healthy for intestinal and digestive systems of your body.

Winter Smoothy Ingredients for 2 persons

1/2 cucumber
1 beetroot
1 banana
1 cup raspberries, fresh or thawed
juice from 1/2 lemon
1 dl Acido
1/2 cup apple juice or water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder


Clean and peel all vegetables. If you use have frozen berries, you can douse them with boiling water. Blend all ingredients into a creamy smoothie and enjoy it in a beautiful glass.
