Stir the yeast into lukewarm water with salt. Add the flour and knead the dough. Let the dough rise covered for approx. 45 minutes. Cut the potatoes into very thin slices and finely chop the onions. Chop mozzarella cheese. Roll out dough to pan size - approx. 30 x 40 cm. Rub olive oil over the pizza dough and sprinkle with finely chopped onion. Distribute potato slices, spinach, air-dried ham, rosemary and mozzarella on the pizza. Bake it at 250 degrees for approx. 25 minutes.
