Pizza filling suggestions

There are many options when it comes to pizza, whether you have made a pizza dough without yeast or with yeast.

You can make the pizza without tomato, but with a white base, ie without the use of tomato. Here you can use mascapone instead or another cheese.

But most people prefer their pizza with tomato.

Most importantly, you do not overfill your pizza so it becomes heavy and wet.

If you have been to a real quality pizza, you will often see that their pizzas are not overloaded with stuffing.

Here you will find a number of suggestions for combinations that go well together on pizza and are a bit more exciting and tasteful than the ones you find at the standard pizzaria.

1: Margerita: This simple classic consists of tomato, cheese and fresh basil. Only make this if you have good quality ingredients.

2: Vegetarian: Squash in thin strips, olives and mushrooms in slices and cheese.

3: Lamb: Unfortunately it is not so often that lamb is seen on pizza, but it is a pity the tasty meat lends itself well to lining a pizza base. If you have leftovers of a lamb culotte, this is the most tender, while the most flavorful is probably from the lamb. Besides lamb, spring onions and olives are a good combination with this as well as a good mozzarella. So it is in the round balls.

4: Chicken ala king: Here you will need a leftover chicken as well as peppers and mushrooms and a handful of frozen peas. And of course cheese.

5: Shrimp and Artichoke: This pizza consists in all its simplicity of shrimp and artichoke from glass or can as well as cheese. Here, be careful not to use ingredients that overpower the delicate taste of shrimp.

6: Bacon: Halve a couple slices of bacon and place them on the pizza along with olives, onions and cheese. Bacon has so much flavor that it is a pity that it is always combined with something else, as if it is not enough in itself.
