Blend 2/3 of the oatmeal and wheat flour, milk, eggs and salt to uniform dough. Chop the leeks nicely and mix in the dough with the last third of the oatmeal. Let the dough rest for approx. 15 minutes. Drizzle some oil on a light frying pan and fry 8 pancakes of the dough. Keep the pancakes warm.
Chicken with vegetable
Boil the chicken broth in a saucepan. Cook the chicken meat for 10 minutes in the broth under the lid. Cut the leeks into slices and cut the tomatoes in half. Let the chickpeas drip into a sieve. Finely chop the garlic. Remove the meat from the broth and allow to cool. Boil the broth to 1/3 and add leeks. Cook them for 4 minutes and add tomatoes, chickpeas, garlic and cayenne pepper. Cook it all for another 5 minutes. Chop the chicken into small pieces and put them in the sauce with basil leaves and cook well. Taste the freezer with salt and pepper.
