Ingredients of Fish and Chips Recipe
Potato Chips
- 500 g large potatoes
- ½ tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper
Fish
- 1 tbsp capers
- 1 bundle of parsley, 30 g
- 1 dl grater, 30 g
- 1 egg white
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 275 g of fillet of cod or chew

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Green dip
- 50 g fresh spinach or 25 g peas
- 1 dl of skyr fraiche or sour cream
- salt and pepper

- 300 g of raw vegetables, such as snack pepper, snack carrots, sugar peas, green asparagus or cucumber
Cooking
Chips
Scrub or peel the potatoes and cut them into “frits”. Place them on a baking sheet with baking paper and flip them with olive oil, salt and pepper. Put them in the oven at 200 degrees warm air for approx. 25 minutes – turn them halfway.
Fish

Rinse and toss spinach leaves or pea shoots and blend them with skyr fraiche. Season with salt and pepper
