Ingredients of Fish and Chips Recipe

Potato Chips

  • 500 g large potatoes
  • ½ tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper


  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 1 bundle of parsley, 30 g
  • 1 dl grater, 30 g
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 275 g of fillet of cod or chew
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Green dip

  • 50 g fresh spinach or 25 g peas
  • 1 dl of skyr fraiche or sour cream
  • salt and pepper


  • 300 g of raw vegetables, such as snack pepper, snack carrots, sugar peas, green asparagus or cucumber


Scrub or peel the potatoes and cut them into “frits”. Place them on a baking sheet with baking paper and flip them with olive oil, salt and pepper. Put them in the oven at 200 degrees warm air for approx. 25 minutes – turn them halfway.
