- Exhale deeply while contracting your stomach.
- Inhale slowly while expanding your abdomen.
- Continue inhaling, expanding your chest.
- Continue inhaling, raising your shoulders up towards your ears.
- Hold for a few seconds.
- Exhale slowly and release shoulders, relax chest, contract your stomach.
- Repeat.
