Mix wheat flour, rye flour and oil in a bowl. Add salt and whisk the dough with water, optionally in a food processor. Roll out the dough and put it in a greased pie mold about 22 cm in diameter.
Cut the spring onions and grate the carrots. Smooth spring onions and carrots in oil on a pan 3-5 minutes.
Whisk eggs, cottage cheese, wheat flour, salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese together. Cut the ham into strips. Put the vegetables and ham into the egg mass.
Distribute the filling in the pie mold. Sprinkle with the rest of the parmesan cheese. Bake the pie 50-60 minutes at 175 degrees.
Cut the tomatoes into slices. Cut the spring onion and sprinkle it over the tomatoes.
You can place diced cooked or fried chicken in the pie instead of ham.
