Thoroughly mix together wheat flour, rye flour, salt and oil margarine. Add the water and knead the dough quickly. Press the dough out into a pie mold of approx. 25 cm in diameter and stuff the bottom with a fork. Bake the pie bottom at the bottom of the oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
Cut the turkey bacon into cubes, chop the onion, divide the broccoli into small bouquets and cut the cane into cubes. Heat the oil on a pan, smooth turkey bacon, onion and broccoli for 5 min. and let it cool down a bit. Whisk fromage frais along with salt, mustard, eggs, flour and milk. Put bacon, onion and broccoli into the egg mass and get it all in the pre-baked bottom. Bake the pie for approx. 30 min at 200 degrees at the bottom of the oven.
