Seaweed salad ingredients for 4 people:
A bunch of seaweed
3 grams of dried Sugar tongs
1 savoy cabbage
Unrefined salt and freshly ground pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
½ cup sesame seeds
Lime juice from a fresh, organic lime
Pour boiling water on seaweed and let it stand for 3 minutes. Then pour the hot water and rinse the seaweed in a cold water. Mix finely chopped seaweed and savoy cabbage with sesame seeds and fresh lime juice in a salad bowl.
Then ad virgin olive oil, chili, Tamari and salt and pepper and pour over the salad.
Garnish with finely tumbled carrots and orange pieces.
Use organic ingredients, they taste better and so prevents useless chemistry.
