This delicious gluten-free cake is prepared crude, that it is not cooked or otherwise heated. Enjoy this recipe for a gluten-free cake, also milk-free and no added sugar, and all children and adults are excited about this raw food cake because it is also very easy to prepare.
Ingredients for gluten-free cake:
1 cup of almonds
1 cup coarsely chopped Brazil nuts
2 dl virgin coconut oil
20 dates soaked in water for 1 hour
2 dl crude cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
1 teaspoon Sri Lanka cinnamon
1 pinch salt flakes
1 cup of goji berries
1 cup of desiccated coconut
Blend the dates into a bowl. Blend the rest of the ingredients in the dough. This requires a blender with a certain power because the dough will be slightly chewy and firm. Press the dough into a mold or small baking pan thus, it has a height of about 3 cm. Smooth the surface with a little water. Put the cake in the refrigerator and cut it out when it is firm and cold.
Blend goji berries and coconut in a blender and sprinkle it over the cake.
Cut the cake into squares before serving.
